Job Title: Pre-Commissioning EngineerLocation: Cardiff, South Wales.Salary / Benefits £35k - £45k +Training +BenefitsLevel of Experience: Trainee Pre-Commissioning Engineer through to Lead Pre-Commissioning EngineerProfile: Our client is an established pre-commissioning / water treatment / HVAC company working across the UK on a mixed portfolio of sites. They are now looking to take on a Pre-Commissioning Engineer based in and around the Cardiff area. The ideal candidatewill have experience undertaking pre-commissioning cleans of water systems in line with BSRIA standards as well as balancing and flushing of heated and chilled systems. Applications will be considered from: Newport, Pontypridd, Bridgend, Port talbot, Swansea, Neath, Caerphilly, Cwmbran, Taunton, Bristol, Bath, Weston super-mareExperience & Qualifications: " Will have extensive experience working in a water treatment / Pre-commissioning role within the water treatment industry. " Will ideally come from a strong educational, chemical, technical and water treatment background." Will have hands on experience flushing water systems to BSRIA Standards." Will have good working knowledge of relevant Health and safety legislations. " Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. " Proficient in using Microsoft office.The Role:" Carrying out pre-commissioning cleaning on the systems according to BSRIA standards." Carrying out balance flushing of Heated/Chilled Systems." Monitoring clients air and water systems ensuring that they comply with the current Health and Safety legislation." Undertaking cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems and cooling towers." Installation and maintenance of dosing systems" Conducting routine sampling, temperature monitoring and analysis of water systems" Ensuring all work is being carried out accordance to specifications and legislation." Using information from site to produce detailed reports."
