Job Description

Learning and Development PartnerHome based with occasional travel including overnight stays£30-£32kInitial 6-month FTCREED HR are proud to be recruiting for aLearning And Development Partnerfor a UK Charity.As a Learning and Development partner, you will work with colleagues across the organisation providing a full Learning & Development Partner service including identifying training needs,developing innovative solutions,effective delivery, and evaluation.Offering a competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum, this is a initial 6-month contract working 35 hours a week with flexible start and finish times and a great benefits package.Main duties will include:

  • Review L&D needs for people (volunteers and employees) across the charity
  • Identify knowledge, skills and behaviours required at organisational, departmental, and individual level.
  • Work closely with the relevant HR partner to ensure all training related issues are raised and actioned.
  • Create and design training solutions considering how people learn, number of people to train, budget available and location of the training
  • Deliver high energy training to support the Training plan to volunteers and employees across the organisation, which considers differing learning preferences.
  • Provide professional Learning & development advice, guidance and support to managers in relation to all Learning and development activities
  • Ensure best practice processes are adhered to across your area of responsibility and feedback any concerns to relevant stakeholders
  • Engage and build close working relationships with key stakeholders and promote key training/people activities
what youll need:
  • A nationally recognised L&D qualification which is equivalent to a minimum Level 3 CIPD or have significant equivalent experience of the full training cycle.
  • Experience of identifying training needs using a methodical approach
  • Experience of creating and developing training solutions including digital content
  • Experience delivering face to face and online training
