Job Description

Acorn by Synergie is working with a leading and award winning Technology Group that have grown exponentially over the last 2 years to become one of the most successful Cloud solutions providers in the UK.The Lead Cloud and Infrastructure Consultant will be responsible for the successful delivery of both on premise, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure projects. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver an exciting range project based on an architecturaldesign for our large portfolio of customers across the Private and Public sector.What youll do:

  • Lead the team by example and be a point of technical escalation.
  • 1-2-1s of team members and general HR assistance.
  • Technically leading assigned projects from start to completion. This includes mentoring other engineers as required, knowledge transfer etc.
  • The successful technical delivery of any projects that you are assigned to.
  • Technically design projects as requested by the sales or TDA team.
  • Accuracy of designs and solutions that you have input into.
  • Occasional nationwide travel to Customer sites and working outside of the office.
Technologies & Tools needed (not limited to):
  • IaaS and PaaS Experience
  • Azure Virtual Desktop ·
  • Azure Stack HCI
  • Server, SAN, HCI and DAS Solutions
  • VMware, HyperV
  • VSAN, S2D, VxRail, ASHCI
  • Veeam
  • Broad knowledge of M365 (App Integrations & SSO, MFA, Security & Compliance etc)
