Job Description

An independent, multidisciplinary, Company leading in the Construction and Civils Sector, with projects across the UK and Ireland are excitedly seeking a self-driven Junior Health and Safety Manager to join their fantastic team in Bristol.The Junior Health and Safety Manager RoleThe successful Junior Health and Safety Manager will be joining a high calibre group of individuals that specialise in the Construction and Civils Industry, working on projects across a variety of sectors including: energy, waste, water, defence, buildings,coasts, rivers and ports. The Junior Health and Safety Manager will be expected to work across sites around the Bristol area.The Junior Health and Safety Manager will be involved in a mixture of duties, such as:

  • Implementing plans and policies
  • Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
  • Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
  • Travelling to various sites across the Bristol/South Wales region
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Health and Safety Advisor looking to take the next step in their career to grow with a small HSQE Team in an expanding company.The Junior Health and Safety Manager
  • Experience in Construction/Civils
  • Understanding of Iso accreditations, combined 18001,14001 & 9001
  • Knowledgeable and good organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude.
