Do you want to work in the fashion industry as a Junior Account Manager Our client is passionate about building a positive and feel good brand that brings high quality fashion at affordable prices to young women. Job description Junior Account Manager £24,000 - £28,000CardiffMonday - Friday Summary:As an account manager you will play a vital role in building and fostering long standing relations with key clients such as New Look and Top Shop. Through a combination of email, telephone and face to face meetings you will strive to provide excellent customerservice and brand representation.You will also support the business with identifying and targetinag new clients.Key responsibilities

  • Provide excellent administration and coordination
  • drive accounts through outstandimng communication
  • proactively promote the brand
  • liaise internally to ensure samples produced and shipped correctly
  • support internal and external communication
  • Maintain and record accurate information
  • stay up to date on market trends in trans led fashion
  • Provide a consistently high level of customer service
The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Experience in customer service, administration or co-ordination roles
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Actively demonstrate the Values and Behaviours of the business
  • Understand and work in line with company processes
  • Ability to communicate effectivley through all channels
