IT Software Engineer - Cardiff£25k- 40k dependant on experiencePermanentDue to several contract wins we are seeking two exceptional software Engineers, preferably with MEng or PhD’s, to be based out of one of the centres of excellence for our specialist client in Cardiff.The company has an impressive portfolio of clients in the Aerospace and Defence sectors and is continuously expanding into new fields of work. If you have a good Technical Computing/Software Engineering degree, Masters or PhD with A Level Mathematics and are passionate about software development this could be a fantastic move for you.You might have a higher-integrity software (aerospace, rail, medical etc ) background with experience such as DO178B, DO178C , DOORS, C++, C#, Misra C, Matlab, Model-based development, IEC 61508, IEC 62304, LRA Testbed with a good educational backgroundOrYou might have a more general IT commercial background with skills like: Java, HTTP, Javascript, JSON, AJAX, XML, JenkinsOrYou might have a technical software tool background:.NET/C#, C++, OOA, OOD, GUI, WPF, XML, Java, Fortran, TCP/IP, AJAX, Jenkins, RubyOrYou could come from an embedded software background: Assembler, Misra, C, ARM, embedded, RTOS, Windows Compact Embedded, VxWorks, INTEGRITY, TCP/IPOur client would be interested in any of these skills sets providing you have a good education background to compliment them.Reporting directly to the Technical Director you will work within a small but highly skilled team of developers on a variety of exciting projects using cutting edge technologies.
