Do you want to work for a company know for being dynamic, fun, forward thinking and innovativeOur client is seeking an insurance broker to focus on dealing with and advising businesses on their insurance needs and securing the most appropriate and competitive solutions.SalaryUp to £25k with potential for uncapped OTE ande additional bonuses!The top end of the salary band will be for those with CII qualification.HoursMonday to Friday 8:30am - 5pmKey Responsibilities Work with an existing book of commercial clients in order to provide a smooth account handling service Manage insurance queries Produce and maintain accurate and complete documentation in a compliant manner Respond to all queries in a timely, positive and professional manner Suggest opportunities to help generate business within our existing book of clients Renewal handling with pro-active retention of the renewal book Generation of new leads from cross sell opportunities Provision of excellent customer service to our clients, intermediaries and other business partners Liaising with the client to ensure we hold the right information about their business or home Building relationships with our introducing Intermediaries Securing lasting and productive relationships with our Insurers to ensure we can secure the best terms for our clients Processing payments from clients The role may also include other administrative tasks to support your teamSkills/Experience 1 year Product experience in Landlord Insurance & Small Package Commercial Insurance I.e. shop, office and tradesperson liability insurance Acturis experience desirable Positive attitude to Customer Service and fulfilling client needs Organised and able to handle pressure easily, being able to prioritise workloads Technical knowledge of Insurance Principles and relevant lines of business Follow policies and procedures to ensure all quotations are provided compliantly and effectively Driven Target mindset Organised Enthusiastic Able to work under pressure Willing and able to learn quickly Adaptive to change High Level of ICT Skills Confident
