A growing and innovative professional services consultancy in South Wales are currently looking to add to their IT department, made up of technicians, web developers and project management providing the technology and infrastructure for our commercial businesses. The team enjoy a mix of agile and remote working, are a close knit and established department of IT professionals most of whom have been with the company for many years.The key objective of this role will have a specific focus on maintaining and developing the IT infrastructure for the Group!The ideal candidate will have:*5+ years experience of working on IT infrastructure*Excellent working knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, WAN Technologies, VLANs*Good understanding of MS technology stack. Office 365, Windows 10+, Windows Server 2012+, Active Directory and Azure AD Proficient in Microsoft packages, Outlook and Excel*Azure/O365 admin experience*Veeam replication, Hyper V and other virtualisation tech experienceDesirable skills;*Experience of modern SDLC, e.g. agile, lean, DevOps*Ability to support continuous delivery using DevOps toolsets and ways-of-working [TDD and CI/CD]*Experience of managing cloud-based infrastructureIdeally, you will have a spark for resolving our internal users IT problems through grit and determination, and will be patient and confident to work with different levels of IT skills at all levels of the business.
