Job Description

We are looking for an interim HR professional, with transformational change experience to join this organisation based in South Wales.Overview:

  • Assisting with the strategic leadership of the organisation though transformational change, encouraging new ways of thinking and working, leading to a more agile workforce
  • Developing leadership capability through coaching and mentoring of existing team, identifying emerging talent and attracting new talent to achieve the strategic aims of the organisation
  • Driving ethical decision making, challenging old ways of working establishing a customer centric ethos
  • Supporting with HR provision both strategically and operationally
  • Introduction of project management methodology
  • Introducing talent management strategies addressing barriers to growth
