Job Description

HR Business Partner - 12 month FTCCardiff - with WFH options£ competitiveURGENT - Immediate start availableAre you an HR Business Partner who is available to start at short notice and can commit to a 12 month fixed term contract Or are you an HR professional looking for the next step in your careerDo you have experience in HR within Law, Accountancy or elsewhere within the professional services arenaIf so, then the team at Yolk would like to speak with you as soon as possible.What you’ll be doing:

  • This is an HR Generalist role where you’d operate across multiple levels of HR including Recruitment and succession planning, L&D, employee relations and various other area.
  • You’d be working alongside 3 other HRBPs supporting your individual allocated divisions.
  • Working with the Head of HR Shared Services, you’d be responsible for managing HR operations and implementing policies and practices as relate to the employee lifecycle.
  • The experience you’ll need for this role:
  • Experience in an HR capacity within Law or professional services (Recruitment/Accountancy etc) is essential for this role.
  • This is a 12 month fixed term contract so it’s essential that the successful applicant is comfortable with this duration.
  • We are looking to recruit a credible individual who can influence stakeholders across the business.
  • You’ll be enthusiastic, outgoing and pro-active in approach.
