Job Description

Our client is open to an individual who is looking for either a full-time or part-time role. This is a site-based role, located in the centre of Cardiff. Our client is offering a negotiable salary, depending on experience, as well as a tailored working pattern. Our client prides themselves in promoting a diverse and inclusive working environment.You will be supported by a highly experienced HR Manager by overseeing the employee lifecycle, as well as taking on any ad hoc duties to support the needs of the business. Duties:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for any HR related queries
  • Maintaining and updating HRIS system
  • Producing and running, weekly/monthly MI reports
  • Maintaining employee personnel documents
  • Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes and administration
  • Carrying out inductions
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Maintaining training records
  • Arranging and coordinating training sessions
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Promoting Diversity and Inclusion within the workplace
  • Carrying out adhoc tasks

It is important that the successful individual understands the importance of confidentiality and attention to detail. It is imperative that you have gained previous experience working within a HR environmentthe CIPD qualification is desirable, but not essential.
