Becoming a Head of Service with Opel Vauxhall Finance:Were supporting our clients as they adapt to a new world in the wake of COVID-19. Were now recruiting for roles which will help our clients to deliver vital services and to resume business wherever possible.As a Head of Service you will have the operational responsibility for the delivery of service as well as the operational client relationships. Here you will develop, lead and manage a team to deliver an effective and profitable operational unit on behalf of the client in line with commercial and contractual agreements.What youll be doing:

Being accountable for delivery of Client KPIs to maximise service incentives and minimise service credits, including day to day service levels and contractual measures.

Executing an expert working knowledge of the contract and schedules and interfacing with internal and external clients in order to ensure that contractual obligations are met and client needs are satisfied.

Managing the operational impact of any changes to the proposed client service.

Achieving the unit commercial targets by managing the direct variable cost in line with BP and deliver the minimum BP revenues and maximising this opportunity where possible.

Motivating and effectively manage Team Managers performance to ensure delivery of the unit business plan.

Conducting operational weekly and monthly client review meetings and ensure governance around day to day operational liaison whilst supporting the Client Partner in identifying and realising opportunities to grow the account and revenue

Customer service excellence/ collections/ call centre experience

Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving abilities

Product knowledge desirable

Relationship management and communication skills

Commercial and P&L management skills

About Opel Vauxhall Finance Vauxhall Finance are the captive finance company of Vauxhall and are owned jointly by PSA Group and BNP Paribas. Capita provide services to Vauxhall Finance in Customer Service, Early Stage Collections, Customer Relations and back office admin. These services are outsourced in their entirety for us to manage against an agreed set of SLAs and KPIs. We operate out of the client site on the outskirts of Cardiff and sit in the middle of their operation.
