Head of Sales // Microsoft Gold Partner // £60,000 + Commission // Cardiff // Flexible Working We are working with a technology company based in Cardiff who are in an exciting growth period looking to expand their current capacity, experience and support through all aspects of the team. Job Purpose Our client requires an experienced Head of Sales to join an innovate senior leadership team. The primary role of the Head of Sales is to be fully accountable for all elements of new business sales, prospect for new strategic clients, managing the sales teamand creating and executing on the sales strategy for the next Financial Year.Duties & Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership:*Quickly take the existing strategy and update it, owning the execution of that strategy. *Leading the existing team with clear objectives, KPIs and priorities to support the performance improvement of the sales team. Key Sales & Partnerships:*Take over existing relationships with key sales opportunities and lead the top 10 sales approach.*Lead relationships with Microsoft, getting to know the account managers and stakeholders to support the current and future sales activities. *Manage the closure of the highest value opportunities in the pipeline.Marketing & Bids:*Manage the Marketing team, which consists of a Marketing Manager, Executive and Administrator to effectively deliver the marketing objectives of the business.
