In 2017, they celebrated our 60th anniversary, and today employ 200 people, including 90 in Cardiff.Working with leading brands like Coca-Cola, P&G and the Welsh Government, to provide a range of marketing services including - branding, design, copywriting, advertising, media planning & buying, PR & social media, digital, direct response, retail, and PRM- with annual billings of c£20million.The Creative Services team is small but highly effective hub within the full-service agency. They take great pride in leading world class production so they can punch above their weight on a national and international stage.As the Head of Creative Services, youll have significant responsibility for leading and overseeing the specialist production team; for managing the quality and efficiency of the internal creative services and external production resources; whilst working directlywith the creative teams, integrated account teams, and the Directors of the agency.About the role Reporting to the Head of Agency, youll be a senior team leader and will be responsible for managing the production team, as well as managing the creative and production output across the entire full-service agency - to the expected quality, time and price.This is a wide-ranging and varied role that will mean you have overall responsibility for every area of the creative and production team assets and outputs.Youll ensure that the agency vision is created and enacted on time and on budget and manage the people, processes, suppliers and technology to make it happen. Managing all the people, talent and suppliers who contribute to creative output, whatever that maybe.You will manage the time, collaboration and output of a team of creative professionals that could include art directors, copywriters, designers, videographers, content writers and producers, PR content, event content, web developers, digital producers and more.Youll hold regular meetings with teams and stakeholders to manage the creative process to delivers the final outputs.You must have experience in:* Proven print, digital, social and broadcast content production experience in paid, owned, earned channels, with strong industry knowledge and connections.* Strong people leadership and management experience, with proven success leading, managing and influencing a diverse team.* Ability to think strategically about production outcomes, whilst managing operational plans for delivery.* Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks, the production and creative teams efficiently.* Proven experience in workflow process, scheduling, trafficking and production project management.* Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.* Budget management skills, commercial awareness and proven fiscal responsibility* A flexible, solutions focused approach to work in a fast pace environment where priorities are frequently redefined, whilst remaining calm under pressure.* Working independently with strong collaborative and assertive multi-tasking approach to make things run smoothly.What youll get * £50,000 - £60,000 DOE* Flexible working ( 2 days on site)* Pension* 25 days holiday* Pension* Development opportunities* Flexible benefits package
