A suitably qualified Graduate Environmental Consultant to join a UK leader in environmental consultancy with an office based in Cardiff.We have a rare opportunity for a suitably qualified candidate with a keen interest in either environmental impact assessments, bio net gain studies, or carbon neutral studies to diversify and develop their skills, kick starting a career in this thrivingsector.This independent and friendly team specializes in providing multidisciplinary environmental and project management services nationwide to energy, transport, and property markets. Successful applicants will be qualified to a degree level in relevant environmentalscience. You will join a team of enthusiastic and ambitious environmental engineering specialists and have access to a broad and prestigious client base with projects throughout the UK and abroad. Qualifications MSc/BSc in a relevant Environmental Science Experience Self-motivated, able to learn quickly and to work independently to deadlines. Good communication skills Commercially aware and team player Advanced communication skills Experience using current environmental software packages Duties Measurement surveys and reporting Baseline data collation Liaising with consultants, engineers and clientsWriting high quality reports Consulting with a variety of external bodies in order to complete reports Conducting desk-based studies to assess local environmental impacts in the vicinity of proposed schemes and developments Produce impact reports and prepare proposals preparation of inputs for Environmental Statements Conducting EIAS and monitoring programmes Excel based data manipulation Technical report writing. Travel to various sites.
