Job Description

Graduate ConsultantMy client, is a multidisciplinary environmental consultancy and they are seeking for a new graduate consultant to join the team in Cardiff. They have fantastic opportunities for personal development on fair salaries and wider benefits. They are looking forcandidates with relevant analytical experience either gained from studies or work experience.To be a successful candidate you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Have experience working with a environmental consultancy or local Authority.
  • A level of degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Geography, Hydrology or Environmental Management.
  • Be familiar and able to utilise GIS and CAD tools.
  • Have relevant analytical experience either through studies or through work experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support hydrogeological and water quality assessments
  • Undertake hydraulic and hydrological modelling across all the sectors
  • Utilise GIS and CAD tools to be able to manipulate mapping
  • Contribute to large client reports and act as a first author for smaller reports.
  • Work with modelling software such as tuflow, flood modeller pro and HecRas.
