Working within the Insurance sector they are looking for an experienced Finance Change Lead to join their finance team at a pivotal time.Having just completed a wholesale finance system transformation, the company requires a driven individual that can identify, scope and manage opportunities to improve internal finance processes and shape related system developments.You will take responsibility for implementing new processes and providing guidance and training as necessary, promoting a continuous improvement mind-set. You will evaluate the origin and quality of finance data and seek to improve the systems and processesaround it to improve reporting insight, reduce errors and improve efficiency. You will become the subject matter expert on resolving finance system issues, aiding resolution and advising where necessary, whilst ensuring compliance and UK standards. You willbe the SME for relevant IT and finance systems teams, advising on the necessary changes to MS Dynamics 365 (F&O).Responsibilities
