Employment Solicitor - Cardiff TSR Legal are proud to be working with a prestigious law firm, a Legal 500 firm renowned for its expertise in employment law with a Band 2 rating. This firm is seeking a dedicated Employment Law Solicitor to join their award-winning team in Cardiff. This positionoffers a harmonious blend of in-office collaboration and the option for remote working, ensuring a work-life balance tailored to your needs.In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting a range of employment law matters, from Employment Tribunal claims to complex workplace investigations. Your circa 3 years of post-qualification experience will be the foundation upon which you will buildyour success, offering advice and support on disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination, dismissals, redundancies, and more.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical knowledge and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook, with a working knowledge of a practice management database being advantageous. Your strong communication skills, with Welsh language abilities being a plus,will enable you to engage effectively with clients and colleagues alike.Attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a flexible approach to teamwork are essential.
