The menu is plant-based, and prepared and delivered by local suppliers. You can bring your own ideas to the table, enjoying a senseof pride and accomplishment as you watch things take off.You will work closely with the Owner to: Manage all elements of the Coffee Bar - opening, closing, cleanliness, stock, etc Manage your team of baristas (1-2 on shift; approx. 3-6 on the rota) Perform barista/all-rounder Coffee Bar duties (alongside others on shift) Liaise with and oversee on-site yoga teachers and Studio hire customers Engage and delight both Coffee Bar and Yoga Studio customersWhat we are looking for in you:Essential: Experience working in hospitality, retail, or similar (ideally in a managerial position, or have the skill and desire to become a manager) Ability to organise rotas, duties, staff, stock, suppliers, and all other elements of running a successful coffee shop Ability to manage and motivate others, with consideration for their wellbeing and a desire to help them be their best, creating a great place to work Possess the right energy to join a new business, driven to help it grow Upbeat and optimistic, motivated to rise to challenges and solve problems Trustworthy and reliable with opening and closing Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, with a genuine drive to interact with them and make them smile. A good sense of humour - someone who will bring fun to our close-knit team!Desired: Knowledge or interest in yoga and wellbeing (or a genuine desire to learn) Ability to generate engaging social media content and build our following Knowledge of legal standards to ensure a clean and safe environment, e.g., health & safety, food hygiene, waste removal etc Barista skills to make drinks that both look and taste great (additional training will also be provided around operating the coffee machine and making drinks)Preferred: A qualified yoga teacher who can cover for and teach classes in our studio (providing you with additional income)Benefits: Chance to increase income to £30k OTE by also taking yoga classes Full time hours of 34 hrs per week 28 days Holiday per annum Free yoga!
