Excellent opportunity for an experienced case handler with solid claimant clinical negligence / serious PI experience to join a busy Clinical Negligence Department on a full-time basis. Dealing solely with claimant clinical negligence cases you will be responsiblefor a varied caseload including complex, high value claims both pre and post issue.Your working week will be a mixture of working from home and attending one of our offices (Cardiff or Bristol) 1-2 days (flexible) per week.You will enjoy managing your own caseload of litigated clinical negligence claims as well as supervising within the group and participating in marketing activities.It is essential you are a fully qualified Solicitor/FCILEx or an experienced case handler equivalent with experience of working on a litigated clinical negligence / serious PI caseload.For further details and to apply please contact Briony at Chadwick Nott.*Where a level of experience is indicated, this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience.
