Youll provide administrative and organisational support to the team as well as providing support to Restartparticipants and the Employers they work with via telephone, email, and face to face.As our new Communications Apprentice, you will be required to undertake a number of tasks within the department. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has a willingness to learn and develop their administrative skills.Key accountabilities:To deliver consistently high levels of customer service when communicating with participants, Employers, and our supply chain partners.To provide an exemplary first impression in this client facing roleManage Employer relationships to a high standard, Data capture accurately and manage the database.Provide feedback to our supply chain partners in a timely manner.Day-to-day email and phone contact with participants, employers, and supply chain partnersResolving issuesContributing to team responsibilities including writing job specifications, screening participants, supporting on events, training courses, and completing tracker formsUndertake such additional duties as may be reasonably required, commensurate with the level of responsibility within the area.About youWe are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, experience in providing excellent telephone-based customer service and will be able to input data at speed and with a high degree of accuracy.
