Our 43,000sq. ft. facility in the prestigious Capital Business Park, Cardiff, serves as our hub for innovation and excellence.Who Were Seeking:Are you dynamic, ambitious, and looking to carve out a rewarding career path We want an individual like you to join our sales team as Business Development Manager. If youre driven, enthusiastic, and ready to make your mark, this role is tailored for you.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new prospects and market opportunities through targeted research
  • Conduct proactive outbound telesales and email campaigns to nurture leads
  • Foster existing business relationships and stimulate new opportunities
  • Arrange video meetings and occasional in-person visits to key prospects
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage select accounts
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet business targets and customer needs
Key Attributes:Essential:
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a sales role
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Results-driven mindset with flexibility in workload and hours
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Fluent in English with a valid UK driving license
Desirable:
  • Experience in home appliance or spare parts industries
  • Familiarity with Oracles NetSuite ERP system

Job Details:
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Commission pay and performance bonuses
  • GCSE or equivalent education preferred
