Business Analyst / Scrum Master // Cardiff // Tech Start-up // £40,000 + benefitsI am currently working with a tech startup developing new software products using the latest and greatest engineering tools. The organisation are now investing in a number of new roles to add capacity and capability to their outstanding engineering and technical team.Youll have the chance to thrive in a fast-paced environment where youll help shape not only the products and software but the future direction and success of the company. I am looking for a Business Analyst / Scrum Master, or an Agile Business Analyst that is focused on getting things done by focusing on individuals and interactions over processes d tools, working software over comprehensive documentation, collaboration over job descriptions and responding to change over following a plan. This company moves fast with rapid changes in direction so youll need the mindset to work in this environment and the flexibility and pragmatism to move with them.Experience of working both as a BA and Scrum Master in small Agile teams capable of delivering working software at pace, you will have:-A solid understanding and experience of business analysis principles, including agile analysis techniques (features, stories, acceptance criteria).-Experience of working as an analyst within an agile team, comfortable collaborating with developers, product owners and colleagues from across the broader business.-Experience of close collaboration with product owners and UI/UX designers to develop designs that meet business requirements.-Experience of leading and serving a team as Scrum Master, undertaking the required planning, management and review ceremonies to optimise team performance.-A commercial understanding of value, prioritisation and delivering just enough analysis and leadership to get this done.- You will have experience of using analysis and agile tools - such as Asana, JIRA, webflow, Balsamiq.What youll get in return:In addition to the base salary, equity and opportunity to work in a fast-growth startup with new technologies and a high performing team they offer the following benefits:Performance related bonus scheme25 days holiday PensionHigh quality mentorinA high-quality office environment with the things youd expect working for a start-up (free drinks, beer fridge, PS4, table tennis, dartboard, regular socials etc.If your experience matches this, then please apply with your CV.
