Office based in the City Centre. Successful candidate will be the first Building Surveyor in the business and part of a wider office of 20 staff. Working with a mix of Residential and Commercial buildings. Locally based work.Rare and exciting opportunity in the local market. Main point of contact for building surveying, therefore an integral part of the business from day one. Interesting spread of work and will not be pigeon-holed in one area, however the business is also happy to supportsomeone who wants specilaise or create their own niche. So, this role would be great for someone who hasnt had the chance to really make a role their own, this is your chance. All instructions are within a 10-mile radius of the office, therefore limited travel.Heavily investing in building surveying services with further plans to expand, so a great opportunity to join the department in its infancy and be part of their exciting journey.
