Bridging Finance - Business Development Manager£20,000 - £30,000 + Bonus + BenefitsCardiffAbout the Bridging Finance Broker Role:D&R Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with an expanding specialist broker based in Cardiff and are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and grow their panel of financial advisers / brokers.This business is anticipating incredible growth over the next few years, which makes now the perfect time to become part of an expanding company in a fast paced marketplace. They are looking to become a go-to lender in bridging finance industry, and are seeking someone that can deliver excellent service and relationship management, and have the ability to react quickly to their competitors and the ever changing market environment.Your Responsibilities for the Bridging Finance Broker Role:

  • Developing the businesses loan book
  • Maintaining or identifying Brokers and Introducers throughout the country in order to gain referrals for bridging and development finance.
  • Working closely with the Board of Directors to exhaust all leads and will need a proactive and consultative approach.
  • Origination and execution of all finance deals, ensuring suitability of the security and in turn recommending appropriate terms.
    • What you need to succeed within the Bridging Finance Broker Role:
  • Extensive previous experience working as a Business Development Manager within the Commercial and Bridging Lending market
