Position: Area Cleaning ManagerSalary: £27,000 + company car + potential for bonusLocation: Covering Sites throughout South Wales and Bristol / Gloucester Full Time and Permanent RoleOur client is a well-established Cleaning Company who cover the predominantly the South West and South Wales regions for a range of clients, their clients very from Manufacturing, Industrial, Offices and Retail.They are currently looking to recruit an Area Cleaning Manager to be responsible for the Cleaning Operations in multiple sites that are a mixture of Retail and Manufacturing Sites throughout all of the South Wales and Bristol / Gloucester regionsIdeal candidates will be based in the Cardiff / Newport / Bristol regions as they are central to the patch.The Area Cleaning Manager would visit the multiple sites on a regular basis and would be responsible for the cleaning standards and ensuring the KPI’s are being met.You would be responsible for recruiting and training all the cleaning managers and cleaning staff within your sites.The Area Cleaning Manager would need to carry out regular audits and maintain strong relationships with the client’s management in each of sites.Candidate’s background & experience: -
