Job Description

They make every effort to provide an environment where people enjoy coming to work and have theopportunity to thrive and as they have more than doubled their workforce in the last 18 months,there are plenty of opportunities for progression.What youll do:- Collaborate with key stakeholders, users, and the Product Team to contribute towards a clear and cohesive productvision.- Work within the agile framework to maintain and prioritise the team backlog, including the creation, refinement anddelivery of user stories, while ensuring adherence to the overall product vision.- Oversee all stages of product and feature life cycle, including design and development, monitoring and evaluating progress at each stage.- Feature acceptance; responsibility for validating that features meet acceptance criteria, and otherwise complywith the Definition of Done (DoD).- Work within cross-functional development teams to deliver market-leading and client (value-add) focused solutions.- Take ownership of scrum team feature refinement and sprint planning sessions, and participate in appropriate scrum ceremonies.What youll need: A track record of successfully delivering features using agile methodologies. An analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving, along with the capability to break downlarge features into incremental stories. A technical background, or experience working closely with software teams, and the ability to communicate efficientlywith developers. Customer driven with experience of gathering insights through a variety of techniques. Know when to employ different product management approaches, and where appropriate, balance lean-styleexperimentation with focused product sprints.
