Job Description

A lovely and welcoming primary school based in Camden, recently rated "Outstanding" in their last Ofsted inspection, have approached us with regards to vacancies available in their school. They are currently looking for SEN experienced Teaching Assistantsto join their school long-term.As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of learning and behavioural needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting students in the classroom to ensure their engagement and understanding.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to address individual learning needs.
Collaborating with teachers and the SEN department to create tailored learning plans.
Encouraging independence, confidence, and a love for learning among students.

To excel in this role, you should have:

A genuine passion for working with students with SEN.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
A willingness to collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student progress.
Previous experience working in SEN or school settings
