They have invested in both Procore and Smartsheet.The PositionThey are looking to appoint a Site Manager / Project Manager to lead a D&B project in Camden which is a high spec new build project of 9 apartments over three storeys with 1 commercial unit on the ground floor.The building will be steel frame (Metsec) built on a pre cast slab with some piled foundations and clad with an external brick skin and glazing.Please note candidates will need to have experience of similar builds.This is a key appointment for the business. They wish to ensure they hire only the best possible candidate as their team is their greatest asset in successful project delivery.As Site Manager / Project Manager you will have full responsibility for your own project, and will not be required to work on the tools’.• No.1 on Site - You will be No.1 on your project, reporting in to the Directors. You will have support from the office team and a QS.• Responsibilities - You will be involved in the full project lifecycle. You will have early involvement in project planning in conjunction with the office team. You will be commercially astute and drive margin. You will be a proactive problem solver, and drive the project to timely completion to budget and quality.• Qualities - Candidates will need to hit the ground running’ and must be genuine drivers of projects, You will be IT literate to take advantage of their planning and project software (training is provided). You will be able to read drawings and have an eye for detail. You will be a robust character who can manage subcontractors, and be very clientfacing’ as you will have a close client interface.• Qualifications - They are happy for candidates to have a trade or academic background - experience is key.
