Job Description

SEND Communication, Co-production & Engagement ManagerSalary: £360 - £450 per dayContract: Initial 3-6-month contract with a view to being extendedWork Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday.Hybrid Commitments - There would be a weekly office presence preferred due to the nature of the role, this can be negotiated to suit the successful applicant.Our client, a local authority in North London is looking to appoint an SEND Communication, Co-production & Engagement Manager to their team.In this role, youll be at the forefront of community empowerment, supporting Camdens Special Parent’s Forum in representing diverse parent carers, fortifying services, and anticipating evolving needs. As the central point of contact, youll spearhead innovativeengagement methods, bridging gaps through in-person sessions and leveraging social media platforms. Your influence will extend to the development of a dynamic, accessible Local Offer website, legally compliant and tailored to meet the diverse needs of residents,families, and practitioners.We are looking for someone who can Inspire and support the partnership to embed co-production within key workstreams, such as casework, quality assurance, the SEND strategy implementation plan, inspection readiness and the DfE Change Programme.As the program leader, youll pioneer a co-production initiative, infusing policy, procedure, and the very core of SEND services with dynamic engagement strategies.
