Job Description

SEN Higher Level Teaching AssistantReed are working with a Primary School in North West London who are looking for aSEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work with a child on a one-to-one basisResponsibilities:

  • Prepare learning materials.
  • Working One to One
  • Adapt teaching support according to students needs.
  • Look after childrens physical, social and emotional welfare.
  • Create an interesting environment for students.
  • Keep records and attend review meetings.
  • Work with professionals such as speech and language therapists
Requirements:
  • Ideally minimum of 12months UK experience working as a Teaching Assistant
  • Previous experience working with children with Autism andspeech and language difficulties
  • Patience and creativity are also a necessity for the role
  • DBS Check is mandatory for suitable candidates.
  • Full right to work in the UK
