As a small business, our team is small so good communication skills and an ability to stay self-motivatedis important.ResponsibilitiesWebsiteProactive management of the website, updating imagery, writing well researched and thought out descriptions, uploading products, ensure all products are optimisedOrders: responsible for packing and shipping orders and providing customer service as and when requiredEcommerce strategy: helping us to create an exciting and successful ecommerce strategy to improve customer experience and improve salesBlogs: write well researched and though out blogs, able to structure an article effectively and with some understanding of fashion and textile design to inform your writingEmailsPut together emails on Klaviyo to send out to our customers on a regular basisEmail marketing strategy: learn how to segment and create different emails to target different parts of our audience, work on our email flows to improve our email conversionsSocial MediaPerhaps the most fun part of the role!
