We are recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Assessor and Trainer to help support a Renal Dialysis service working in the community throughout North London and peoples home. You will also be able to work remotely when undertaking admin duties.This is a permanent full time position working Monday-Friday (Occasional weekend work may also be required), you can manage your own case load.Responsibilities: Supporting both new starters and more established workers looking to upskill Where necessary, supporting with the initial classroom training at our head office in Derby Managing the supervision and competency sign-off process out in the field Setting high standards and delivering an exceptional service for patients Making sure our new starters understand our processes and procedures Visiting your own caseload of patients in the community to deliver their dialysis Deputise for the Clinical Lead Nurse when absent. Undertake Clinical Audits with Renal Technicians.Qualifications/Experience Required: A Registered Nurse with the ability to coach and provide clinical training Strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset Flexibility and organisation are key! Good time management skills Prior experience working in a community or homecare role, or a willingness to travel. Experience of peritoneal dialysis (preferable, not essential) as full training provided.
