Job Description

LOOKING FOR A NEW CHALLENGEAre you looking to gain a new experience or is tired of being a care worker and think you need an opportunity to step up from a carer rolePringles care services Ltd is looking to recruiting a Care Coordinator to its office to work alongside our experienced care-coordinator which is based in West London. Pringles Care Services Ltd is a well-established and expanding domiciliary care agency that has been providing care assistants to clients and helping them to continue living safely and independently in their ownApplicants must be mature and have knowledge of the care sector. You should also have some knowledge domiciliary care.Full training will be provided you will need to be able working closely with the senior co-ordinatorThe Care Coordinators duties will include:

  • Accepting care packages and assigning care workers to service users in an appropriate manner;
  • Producing care workers’ rotas and managing the roster software;
  • Using electronic monitoring software to monitor care workers’ attendance and timeliness for visits;
  • Arranging care reviews and risk assessments for service users with the field supervisor;
  • Conducting telephone monitoring and service user visits and ensuring service quality;
  • Liaising with clients, local authorities and social workers
  • Speaking with clients and services users over the phone
  • The role of Care Coordinator is a key role in the company that will require the individual to work alongside the senior co-ordinator to ensure the smooth running of visits to our clients. In order for the Care Coordinator to perform effectively, the successful applicant will have had previous experience care experience and be able to adapt to changes and deal with pressure and will also possess the following key attributes, which must be demonstrated at interview:Essential Attributes

  • Essential Skills and Experience:
  • At least 3 years’ experience as the Care worker of a domiciliary care agency or residential care home
  • Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience as a care worker is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent salary and benefits package.
  • Salary will be reviewed after 3-6 months
