Job Description

My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Business Analyst for Housing & Digital on a Contract basis.This role will work across the whole of the Digital Housing portfolio, supporting activity across core IT and technology, customer and digital, and the ‘Smart City’ ambitions.About the role:Based in Central London (Hybrid):

  • Take responsibility for all analysis undertaken throughout the product life cycle. Build analysis and research plans; work with other to refine them; act on research and data gathered; make recommendations for product iteration.
  • Use data to ensure services are accessible, intuitive and simple
  • Undertake research with end users, including internal users
  • Lead investigations into service gaps and friction, and make recommendations for service improvement
  • Take responsibility for writing user stories; define success measures and definitions of done; work with other team members to move stories through a backlog; contribute to product vision and the scope of MVPs and value release
About you:You will have the following skillsets or experiences:
  • Extensive experience leading business analyses for new products and services in a local authority context.
  • Excellent business analysis skills for digital transformation
  • Able to translate information and evidence into user stories and backlog items
  • Agile/Waterfall experience
What’s on offer:
  • Salary: £400+ per day inside IR35

  • Contract type: Contract – 3-6 month minimum.
  • Hours: 09:00ach -17:00 Monday to Friday
