Our client is a global fashion retailer employing over 2,000 employees with an annual revenue if c.£200m. They are a brand found in most wardrobes globally and have mens, womens, and homeware categories.Investing heavily in digital, it is now looking for a Web Analyst for a newly created role. Reporting into the Ecommerce Director, the role focuses on delivering all analytical and reporting requirements whilst providing analytical expertise within the eCommerceteam, driving data-led change and identifying future growth opportunities for the business.You will be responsible for delivering accurate reporting, providing actionable insight and identifying opportunities for growth. Working with the CRM team you will drive the personalisation agenda and collaborate closely with the trading team to understandthe impact of site changes, recommend improvements to the customer journey and analyse results from split tests.Strong Google Analytics experience is non-negotiable.
