Pastoral Support Officer Job Summary Based at a MainstreamSecondary School in Sutton Working closely with SENDCO Removing barriers to learning, promoting student welfare and supporting students with SEMH needs £88 per day | £450 per week | Paid PAYE Full-time position, Monday Friday, 8.00am 4:00pm Immediate startwith role running until July 2024 Pastoral Support Officer Job Specification Minimum of a 2:1 degree qualification Experience of working with young people on a 1:1 or group basis Experience of working with disadvantaged young people and the ability to usea range of positive Behaviour management to create an effective climate for learning Positive role model who values diversity and promotes equal opportunities Determination, resilience and drive Enthusiasm, creativity and initiative This Pastoral Support Officerrole will see you become an integral point of contact for students in relation to the day to day working of the schools Behaviour management policy.
