Sales Team AssistantLocation: LondonThe Company Nest is a founder-led Performance Marketing Agency set up by former Google and Facebook experts. Working with a small but dynamic Commercial team, the Sales Team Assistant will have the chance to deepen their sales and commercial knowledge and experience by working directly with leaders in our fast-growing business.The Sales Team Assistant role will be varied and busy; and will involve managing inbound and outbound sales processes and supporting sales pitches.The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of administrative experience, ideally within a sales or commercial team or business. You will have plenty of experience in supporting a team with office admin duties, multitasking, using your initiative and you will have a can-do positive approach to work.The role will suit an enthusiastic and driven individual, looking for a position with real responsibility and scope for development. The Sales Team Assistant reports into the CCO and will be part of the wider Commercial team.Responsibilities

  • Inbound You will be responsible for the management and processing of all inbound enquiries, their qualification via email and entry into our CRM
  • Pitch Build You will support the sales team in building and evolving pitch decks
  • Note taking You will support the CCO with taking notes in sales meetings
  • Email Support You will support the CCO in email comms with clients in the sales process
  • Project Management of pitches You will manage the project of each pitch build
  • Diary Management You will support the CCO and Sales team with diary management
  • Research You will support the CCO with research tasks including pitch prep and new business
  • Administrative Support You will support the commercial team with all admin requests and duties
