These are what make us such a great team, working together as one to achieve our vision.The roleWe have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Systems and Performance Analyst.Salary: £32,000 per annumLocation: Hybrid (3 days based within our Camden Head Office, 2 days remote)Contract: 12 month fixed term contract with possible extension.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support for System Projects, either through configuration changes or providing high-level analyses of existing configurations.
  • Supporting with the coordination of UAT by preparing and testing any changes to satisfy LIVE requests or upgrades.
  • Understanding and addressing relevant actions or trends derived from business reports, including internal KPIs and supplier SLAs.
  • Supporting systems upgrades through preparation and testing.
  • Supporting colleagues in performing data audits to ensure Systems and Processes are working as expected.
What you will need to succeedWe are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who demonstrates a friendly, positive demeanour.The successful candidate will:
  • Have worked within a similar position such as Performance Analyst, System Analyst, 1st Line Support etc.
  • Posses experience managing and supporting on systems such as Oneserve (or equivalent Task, Scheduling or Field Service Management Applications) and able to follow best practice management framework - Ideally supported by a qualification such as ITIL Foundation.
  • Have experience with low level contract management and proven ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hold experience in mapping and updating business processes.
Desirable Knowledge with the following software would be advantageous but not essential:
  • MS SQL Server Management Studio for querying Relational SQL Databases.
  • APIs, Interfaces between Systems and SFTP.
  • Power BI, Power Query and Dax queries.
