These are what make us such a great team, working together as one to achieve our vision.The roleWe have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position ofSupply Chain Manager.Salary:£46,000 - £48,000 per annumLocation:Hybrid (3 days office based in Camden, 2 days remote)Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring One Housing Groups vehicle fleet is managed and maintained to support operations in the most efficient way possible and ensuring compliance with H&S and procurement process.
• Taking ownership for the procurement and commercial functions including the management of the materials supply chain partners to ensure full support is given.
• Line management of team to deliver functions of the business which will include having a motivated and engaged team, providing leadership to the team through effective coaching, 121s, team meetings and other management methods.
• Being responsible for contract documentation and provide advice and support to the department on disputes etc.
• Monitoring the financial viability of all operational resources, forecast cash flow and manage accruals, identify areas of cost saving and ensure best value, develop and agree budgets.

• Enjoy developing/supporting team members, identify training needs, being able to provide effective coaching and have proven leadership skills.
• Have contract knowledge, negotiation and OJEU procurement experience.
• Worked within a local authority, housing association or property management in a similar role.
• Experience of working with systems to create and manage budgets.
• Possess knowledge of a range of procurement routes for asset management and of building contracts.
• Have proven ability to plan and manage the workload of a client / contractor service delivering all planned maintenance and specialist service contracts.
