Job Description

I am pleased to be recruiting for multiple Service Manager positions. Working for an NHS Trust that is going through a restrucutre, the sucessful Service Manger will look after any of the following areas;

  • Stroke and Neurology
  • Diabetes andEndocrinology
  • Gastroenterology
    • Reponsibilities:• Reduce long waiting 52+ breaches for the services and make RTT improvements• Plan performance by improving efficiency and increasing activity• Hold oversight and budget management responsiblity• Providetimely, efficient and effective operational service management support.• Deliverof national and local performance KPI’s: letter turnaround, RTTcompliance, waiting list.• Contributeto service vision, strategy and implementation.The position requires previous Operational Management experience within the NHS, preferably within Medicine services.
