One of the largest housing association based in London are looking to recruit two Service Charge Analysts, on a permanent basis and on a 11-month fixed term contract. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week. The role will be workfrom home (until further notice) once things start opening the role will be hybrid working 1-2 days in the office.The role:The role will sit with the Customer Services team and play a central role in achieving the organisational vision. The teams include our Customer Contact Centre and specialist teams like income collection, rent and service charges and resident management.Often acting as a first point of contact for our customers we prize our accountability, empathy and a genuine desire to be helpful and informative.Key responsibilities:
