At an exciting time of expansion, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join ourteam.Our Recruitment team specialise in providing full recruitment solutions to variety of organisations across the not for profit sector with particular focus on recruitment of middle and upper management positions. Working collaboratively with the team, youwill be responsible for maintaining and developing an efficient and effective 360-degree recruitment desk to clients and candidates. The Recruitment Team has seen incredible traction and has a range of exciting and engaging positions to support with. You willbe coming into a dynamic and ambitious team offering tailored and bespoke solutions.We are flexible where you work, whether that be entirely at home, in our central London office or a combination of the two. Were also flexible when you work, were open to compressed hours, part time etc.To be considered, you will be an experienced professional, with knowledge of recruiting across the commercial, not-for-profit or associated sectors in either a recruitment agency or internal recruitment setting. A large part of the role will be developingnew business and managing existing clients and candidates, and therefore you will have the ability to engage with people across all levels, and have a real desire to learn and grow. For the team, recruitment is all about relationship building and this postwill play a pivotal role in generating new business. Ultimately, this is a great opportunity to join a busy and established team that provides professional recruitment consultancy to roles that play pivotal positions in charities strategic directions.Our consultants do not work on individual commission; we are driven by outcomes and impact.
