Job Description

Our Team Major Players Digital Division covers everything Digital Marketing, Ecommerce and Product. They recruit for roles such as Paid Search, Social, Content, CRM, Digital media planning and buying, SEO, Performance & Growth Marketing, Social Media and ProductManagement, to name a few! We are looking to expand our CRM and Product divisions on both permanent and dual desks and continue their brilliant and exciting growth!These teams work across a wide range of industries including agencies and a huge array of brands from start ups to household names. Some of our top clients include Born Social, Publicis, 1000 Heads, Mother, Channel 4, Lego, Uber, Disney, ITV and ASOS.So far, weve had a record-breaking year across all teams, and have seen the team grow and flourish with promotions and new sub-specialisms within the division being born. We are a close team who are collaborative, energized and considered to be the bestby the top talent that we hire for.The Role As someone with up to 3 years agency recruitment experience, youll already have some experience running your own 360 desk, including delivery and business development. Youll spend their time cultivating your industry knowledge and ability to work in partnershipwith client companies to strategically develop your desk and drive growth. In this market, our candidates continue to be our biggest asset so you will continue to develop your pool of fresh talent while also strengthening candidate loyalty through commercialityand humanity.

  • Managing the full 360 lifecycle on a versatile and busy contract or permanent recruitment desk
  • Conducting business development activities, cross-selling & identifying new opportunities
  • Talent generation and candidate conversions into clients; be able to capture and engage with passive candidates
  • Building a strong personal brand with you candidates and clients
  • Advise clients and candidates not simply on recruitment but market conditions and what their competitors are saying
Youll be trained to have a solid knowledge on Major Players, our business areas and solutions and will be quick to spot opportunities for yourself and the wider business.Our internal talent team are happy to share our commission structure and talk through what your OTE would look like in year 1, year 2 and beyond.About You We dont believe there is a prescriptive "type" of person who can be successful at Major Players.   • Youll have some experience of growing and maintaining a high standard of work in a contingency recruitment role
  • We are looking for positive people who are motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and commercially savvy
  • Have an understanding of what success in a role is measured by and be able to demonstrate your achievements and skills relevant to building and nurturing a busy recruitment desk.
  • Any experience of our industries would be hugely advantageous but not essential.
