Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant - The Company:This specialist boutique Legal recruitment firm are looking for experienced 360 recruiters to join their successful high-billing team! With over 60 years’ experience between the directors, they have grown out teams in Private Practice, In House, Paralegal and Risk and Compliance and place at a mid to senior level in the UK, US & APAC.Having been around since 2012, they have a strong name in the market, are at 25 consultants strong, and consultants there bill £200k+ per year. They’re a young business, have an industry leading commission structure, and have an autonomous environment where you can manage your own targets and billings.They’ve actually done better since covid, have hired 6 consultants, and are still keen to hire good 360 Legal recruiters. They are a nice family run business, offer flexibility, WFH benefits, strong basic salaries, and are really just a nice hard-working, fun recruitment agency.Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant - The Offer:

Basic salary up to £50k (DOE)

Market leading commission structure up to 33%

Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant - The Role:This firm are looking for experienced recruiters who might be at a principal, team leader, or AD level kind of candidate to bring expertise and grow out or develop their vertical. This person will be in a 360 role from day one, and as their desk evolves, they will look to build a team or support with delivery with on-boarding and expanding.Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant - The Candidate Requirements:

2yrs + experienced 360 legal recruiters

£200k+ billing history per year

A strong track record of success/ promotions/ achievements

Market intelligence and ideally warm clients to reach out to

Good written and verbal communication

Excellent relationship building skills all-round

A driven, engaging individual

Strong consultants to grow teams around

Mature individuals who can motivate themselves
