B2B SaaS - early revenue - Looking for Senior/Lead Engineer (full-time, remote, UK)My client is on a single mission: replacing Word for negotiations. Theyre building a lightweight, clip-on negotiation tool that integrates with contract management, e-signature and other software that customers already use, to become the Docusign of contractnegotiation.The product is in the market with early revenue. This is a huge opportunity for a senior engineer to take the next step and become the lead engineer of a VC backed company, joining just after the first funding round. The successful candidate will reportdirectly to the CEO.Why now: In 2 years time, a significant and growing number of market participants will no longer use the slow and painful method of Word files via email back & forth to negotiate contracts. Meanwhile, Google Docs isnt an alternative, asthere, any changes are immediately public. There is a huge demand in the market for a solution like this.The company is UK based, but the role is remote. Theyre looking for an experienced full-stack developer, comfortable working in a startup environment, with a focus on frontend and especially online editing.Required:- Experience with ReactJS (v18)- Experience with NodeJS (v16) and Express (v4)- Experience with MongoDB Atlas- Experience with API / Rest based system integrations- Experience with TypescriptStrongly Preferred:- Experience with Editing technology, e.g. ProseMirror, DraftJS- Experience with MUI / Material UI (v5) / affinity for design- Experience with Google Cloud (GCP) App Engine- Experience with PDF libraries (e.g. PDFkit) and/or the DOCX file formatSalary range:£75k-£95k per annum plus bonus depending on qualifications and prior experience
