The City & Capital Group are delighted to be assisting a highly ambitious and well established fintech lender from the business finance sector who have retained our services in order to appoint an experienced and confident Saleforce Developer to their growing team.Following increased investment, in advance of some exciting growth plans, this is a key appointment and thus our client is keen to identify and appoint an individual whose experience with Salesforce and other applications can really allow them to hit the ground running.Within the role you will work closely with the lenders Head of Technology to help build, define and develop their Salesforce system. Duties will include (but may not be limited to) meeting with project managers to determine the needs of the business, maintaining the security and integrity of the application software and creating & achieving development goals.Your duties will also extend to designing, coding and implementing Salesforce applications, as well as developing and presenting principle ideas that can assist the business, in line with their objectives.The ideal individual will therefore demonstrate a minimum of 2 years previous experience working with Salesforce as a Developer and will be confident self-starter. This role is for an individual who genuinely loves coding and product development. Ideally the individual will also demonstrate some experience working with other elements, such as Lightning Web and Aura Components, alongside a working knowledge of git and continuous integration tools, such as CircleCI, Jenkins or Bamboo etc…Most notably, as the business is in growth and performing really well, it is expected that the individual who secures this role will have the opportunity to propel their own career standing and earnings forward quickly within, once excellent performance is delivered, and in line with the lenders growth trajectory as outlined previously.The salary on offer is up to £90k, though higher offers may also be considered for exceptional candidates. This will also be complemented by an excellent bonus potential, as well as access to the lenders favourable benefits scheme.This role will be London based, but they are willing to consider those elsewhere for remote working where necessary.Required Experience:
