Room BTLR (Room Attendant)*This role will also receive Tronc*We are searching for Room BTLR to join our team for opening of Chateau Denmark. Duties
  • Greeting guests.
  • Effectively managing guest request.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the standards of guest rooms, guest bathrooms, session rooms, apartments, lifts, gym, changing rooms, offices and public areas.
  • delivering and restocking bed linen, towels and guest amenities.
  • Set up and breakdown of Maxi and Mini bars.
  • Reporting any technical and maintenance issues.
  • Updating status of guest rooms on communication apps.
  • Comply with hotel safety and security.
  • Carry out lost property procedure.
  • This role will involve lifting heavy loads, walking up and down the stairs.
