Caretaker - Part Time - North East London - £25k Pro RataMy client is a Residential Management company overseeing prestigious blocks of flats in London.They require a Caretaker for a large block in South East London.The caretaker will be responsible for keeping the high spec site clean, tidy and alongside ensuring all areas of the common parts are immaculately presented, they will be expected to perform daily checks, watering garden areas, meeting and liaising with contractors and reporting any issues.The caretaker may also sweep the car park, pick litter and generally make sure residents are happy at all times.In addition to the cleaning duties, the caretaker will also undertake basic maintenance, from changing light bulbs to adjusting door closers and fixing squeaky hinges.Suitable caretakers will need to have 2 years caretaking experience, ideally in luxury apartment blocks and estates, basic maintenance skills, good communication skills and timekeeping with a customer focused attitude and pleasant disposition.This caretaking position is part time (4 hours per day), Monday to Friday 8am to 12pm, paying a salary up to £25k pro rata depending on experience.If you are an experienced Caretaker able to commute to South East London and meet the above criteria we would like to hear from you.Please apply now for immediate consideration and more info.
