We are responsible for the acquisition, delivery and sales of new-build properties across London and the South East.Were an organisation with strong values. These are what make us such a great team, working together as one to achieve our vision.The roleWe have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Regeneration Manager in London.Salary: £65,000 per annumHours: Hybrid working model, requirement to be out development sites and regular attendance at One Housings Head Office based in CamdenYour responsibilities will include:

• Managing major estate renewal and regeneration projects to deliver positive outcomes for One Housing, focusing on programme and budget management, including value optimisation and quality.
• Provide leadership to the project team, including external consultants, and mentoring/managing Project Managers within the team.
• Line managing a multi-disciplinary team responsible for delivering both the technical and resident management aspects of complex regeneration schemes.
• Provide specialist expertise in master planning, planning, valuations, financial appraisal, resident engagement and site constraints in conjunction with approved consultants.
• Instruct consultants to prepare financial appraisals for development schemes, scrutinise through the application of our own financial models and identify ways in which to optimise value.
• Advise senior managers and make recommendations on strategies to deliver project objectives.

• Commercially astute with experience of complex negotiations and creative problem solving.
• Ability to lead and manage large, complex and politically sensitive projects that require a multidisciplinary approach and that hold significant reputational and financial risk for the organisation.
• Ability to line-manage a multi-disciplinary team, include both technical development staff and those involved in the front-line engagement of residents.
• Good knowledge and experience of regeneration and/or residential property development, resident engagement including ballots.
• Experience of working with development partners and landowners in a Joint Venture or similar arrangements.
• Demonstrable track record in delivery of complex resident led projects, ideally including masterplanning, option appraisal or the submission of large planning applications
